The monthly fee for each short code will be charged either before or after the 15th of each month, depending on its activation date. For example, if the short code is activated on 10 September, the billing cycle for the short code fee will start from 1 October. If the short code is activated on 16 September, the billing cycle for the short code fee will start from 1 November.

Yes. The setup fee of RM2000 and short code monthly fee of RM500 already cover both SMS and MMS channels. These fees are not inclusive of Government Service Tax, which would be included in your invoice.
WAP channels are not available. Due to regulatory issues and rising customer complaints, WAP charging, including WAP push and WAP pull, would no longer be made available.
No. With the CPA Premium SMS service, U Mobile provides the content provider with a SMSC gateway connectivity. This is billed on a premium value to U Mobile subscribers. It offers you an option to send mobile content to mobile subscribers via SMS with a chargeable premium price.
On the other hand, with the Bulk SMS service, U Mobile provides a SMSC gateway connectivity to enable you to transmit mass deliveries of SMS text messages to your own customer base. You will then be billed with Bulk SMS rates for utilising the service. Bulk SMS usage is billed on a post-paid basis, and the usage is invoiced at the end of each month.
