U Mobile offers its OKU customers a lifetime monthly rebate of up to RM10 on the access fee of selected Postpaid Plans. If you sign up in the middle of a billing cycle and your prorated access fee comes up to less than RM10 for that month, you will be able to enjoy the rebate at a full amount. Any excess balance from the monthly rebate will not be carried over to the next month.
Below are the eligibility requirements for this rebate:
Malaysians who are 18 years old and above.
Holds an OKU card issued by Jabatan Kebajikan Malaysia (JKM).
New and existing U Mobile customers.
An original Malaysian identity card.
An original OKU card issued by Jabatan Kebajikan Malaysia (JKM).
Registration for OKU Rebate is available at selected U Mobile stores only.
The entitled plans are U Postpaid™ 38, U Postpaid™ 68 and U Postpaid™ 98. Device bundles are not included in this offer.
Each OKU customer is entitled to enjoy the OKU lifetime rebate on a maximum of 2 principal lines.
No. The OKU rebate is only applicable for principal lines.
Yes, as long as your new plan is on the offer list – U Postpaid™ 38, U Postpaid™ 68 and U Postpaid™ 98.
Yes. Existing U Mobile customers can visit selected U Mobile stores to sign up for any Postpaid plan from the offer list. You will be required to produce your original NRIC and the original OKU card issued by JKM.
Yes, as long as you port-in to any of the plans in the offer list for OKU Lifetime Rebate.
The rebate will be forfeited.
One customer is entitled to one rebate at a time. Once you get the OKU lifetime rebate, the other rebate will automatically be forfeited.
