For Standard Delivery, we will normally deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
Just visit the U Mobile website, click on ‘Buy Now’ at the top of the page and choose ‘Express’. Then place your order at the page displayed.
Unfortunately you cannot switch to Express Delivery once you have completed your purchase with Standard Delivery.
We may charge a minimal delivery fee for this service. The applicable fee will be shown in the payment breakdown when you make your order.

Yes. For Express Delivery, payment is collected upon delivery.
Please pay with cash, credit card or online banking transfer to the account provided by our authorised U Mobile representative during delivery. A temporary receipt will be issued upon payment and the official receipt will be emailed to you within 2 hours.
You will be able to choose the new U Mobile number when you are contacted by our authorised U Mobile representative.
You should receive an SMS from us within 30 minutes after your order is received. If your order is made after 6:00pm, you will receive an SMS by 11:00am the next day.
