Yes, you can sign up for ULTRA Family 128, and your existing device contract will be carried over to the ULTRA Family 128 plan.
No, it is not compulsory. You are only required to activate a minimum of one mobile line during sign up, which is the principal line. You may activate the remaining 3 mobile lines at your convenience at any U Mobile store nationwide or via the MyUMobile App.
Yes, after activating all 4 lines, you may add up to 3 additional ULTRA Family Share lines at RM38/line.
Yes. You may terminate an existing line and replace it with a new number, or transfer an existing line into ULTRA Family 128.
Yes, the Free 15GB Global Roaming quota is shareable across all lines under ULTRA Family 128.
Before fully utilizing the 15GB roaming data, you are advised to purchase roaming add-ons via the MyUMobile App.
Roaming add-ons can only be purchased by the principal line. Any purchased roaming add-ons can also be shared across all lines under ULTRA Family 128. If you do not purchase the add-ons and continue using roaming data, each roaming line will be automatically subscribed to either the 24-Hour Roaming RM15 or 24-Hour Roaming RM38 pass, depending on the destination. The quota under these passes is not shareable.

Once all free passes have been redeemed, you may purchase additional passes via the MyUMobile App.

The minimum usage term is a 90-day period that applies to postpaid customers after a plan change. During this period, customers are required to remain on the same plan and may only downgrade or migrate to prepaid after the 90-day period ends. Alternatively, customers may choose to upgrade to a higher-value plan to enjoy enhanced benefits or sign up for a new device with U Mobile.
