Calls are charged at 14 sen per 30 seconds, and SMS is charged at 12 sen each. The charging block for calls is 30 seconds per block.
Simply top up your account to stay active. Every RM1 top-up is equivalent to 1 day of active period. The maximum active period at any one time is 365 days.
The Unlimited Power Pack comes with 10 days of active period and 60 days of passive period.

Every RM1 top-up gives you 1 day of free calls. If you top up RM10, you will get 10 days of free calls, starting from the day you topped up. The maximum number of free calls you can have is 365 days.
Every ringgit of top-up gives you 1 day of free calls. You will receive an SMS confirmation for your free calls shortly after top-up. Free calls are valid for 10 minutes per call to U Mobile numbers, all day, every day.
Your free calls validity will follow the maximum validity of your account.
For example, if you top up RM30 on Day 1, you will have free calls until Day 30. If you make another top up of RM10 on day 15, your free calls validity will still be until Day 30 and not Day 45. However, if you make a RM30 top-up on Day 1 and make another top-up of RM10 on Day 25, then your free calls validity will be extended until Day 35.
You can start using your free calls once you receive the "FREE calls" SMS notification. The free calls count is reset on a daily basis at 12am.
No. You can make calls to all U Mobile numbers. All you have to do is to top up with U Mobile. No special settings are required.
Your Unlimited Mobile Internet bundle’s voice calls will be utilised first, followed by your daily free calls.
App-Onz offers unlimited data for social apps (i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) for free.
You can do so byperforming a one-time top up of RM10 or more, and you’ll get free unlimited data for App-Onz immediately. Stay active by topping up to continue to enjoy the free unlimited data for App-Onz.

Yes. Existing U Prepaid, New U Prepaid, Power and Unlimited Power Prepaid pack subscribers are allowed to switch to the Unlimited FUNZ pack. There will be a one-time plan switching fee of RM3.
