Once you activate the Unlimited FUNZ Pack, you will automatically enjoy free calls to U Mobile numbers every day after RM1 has been deducted from your main credit balance.
Yes, your free on-net calls will be deducted from your free credits. If you are entitled to free on-net calls, your on-net calls quota will be utilised first from the free minutes or credits given from other promotions or services, followed by the free on-net calls offered by your Unlimited FUNZ Pack.
For example, if you have RM0.50 of free credit from a top-up promotion, your free on-net calls will be deducted from this free credit first. Once you have used up your RM0.50 of free credit, you will start utilising your Unlimited FUNZ Pack's quota for free on-net calls.
Local calls are charged at 15 sen per 30 seconds, and SMS is charged at 12 sen each. The charging block for calls is 30 seconds per block.
Simply top up your account to stay active. Every RM1 top-up is equivalent to 1 day of active period. The maximum active period at any one time is 365 days.
The Unlimited FUNZ Pack comes with 5 days of active period and 60 days of passive period.
No. The free calls promotion only applies to local voice calls within the U Mobile network.
