If your subscription fails to automatically renew, it could be because you have insufficient balance, or your account is in a passive period. The system will attempt to renew the subscription again after 24 hours.
Yes, go to MyUMobile App > My Subscriptions > Stop Auto Renewal and select the Data Plan to manage your subscription service.
No, you will not be able to subscribe to any ULTRA Prepaid Data Plan or auto renew during a passive period.
Passive Period is a grace period granted to subscribers whose plan has been deemed inactive due to not topping up. During your account's Passive Period, you will not be able to make calls, send SMS or browse the Internet, but you can receive incoming calls and SMS.
To make calls and send SMS again, please perform a top up. To avoid service cancellation, please top up before the end of the Passive Period.
