All eligible subscribers on the new ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan can subscribe to Pakej Rahmah Siswa via MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App
Step 1: Launch the MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App & tap “Add-Ons”
Step 2: Go to “Others”, select 'Pakej Rahmah' and confirm your purchase.
Only subscribers on the new ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan may view & subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan.
Older Prepaid Rate Plan subscribers (e.g., 5G-Ready Prepaid, Unlimited FUNZ, Power Prepaid, Broadband service) need to first upgrade to the ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan via MyUMobile App in order to view & subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan. You may follow the steps below.
Step 1: Launch the MyUMobile App & tap the menu bar button located at the top left corner.
Step 2: Click your plan name (e.g., 5G-Ready Prepaid, Unlimited FUNZ, Unlimited Power, Power Prepaid) located below your name & mobile number

No. Effective 7 April 2026, you need to first upgrade to the ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan via the MyUMobile App in order to view & subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan. You may follow the steps below.

Yes, the Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan is available to new and existing customers on the ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan.
Your line will still be active up to 180 days from activation, however you will not have data access. To continue enjoying data connectivity, you may purchase any of our ULTRA Prepaid Plans.
There is no limit to how many times you can subscribe to the Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan. However, you can only have 1 valid Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan subscription at any point in time.
You can subscribe to Pakej Rahmah Siswa with any other operator regardless of the quota balance or pass expiry.
There is no usage limitation on the data allocated under the Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan. You can utilise the 30GB Data for video streaming, hotspot, online gaming, or any mobile activity that consumes data. If the quota is not sufficient, you can opt to purchase any active selling Data Plan.
You will not be able to use the 30GB Data anymore and can choose to resubscribe to the Pakej Rahmah Siswa Plan or any active selling Internet Data plan to stay connected.
Yes, you can. However, please take note that your current Pakej Rahmah Siswa status may change.

Your active period will be extended based on the following scenarios:
a. Upon purchase, if your existing active period is less than 180 days = your active period will be extended by 180 days from date of purchase.
b. Upon purchase, if your existing active period is greater than or equal to 180 days = there will be no changes to your active period.
