   Please ensure you have RM12 or RM35 or RM60 in your credit balance to successfully activate the Prepaid 7-Day Travel Pass (Malaysia),14-Day Travel Pass (Multi-Country) and 30-Day Travel Pass (MY & SG) respectively.

All Unlimited Calls are available within Malaysia only. Standard IDD rates and roaming charges apply if you make calls out of Malaysia.

All Travel Passes are designed for smartphone use only.

Unlimited Data on Prepaid 7-Day Travel Pass (Malaysia) and 14-Day Travel Pass (Multi-Country) are meant for personal use and does not come with hotspot quota. To enjoy using hotspot, you may purchase our Hotspot Add-Ons at RM1/24 Hours or RM5/30 Days. ​

The 30-Day Travel Pass (MY & SG) comes with Unlimited Hotspot at 6Mbps. FUP of 100GB applies to the Unlimited Hotspot and mobile usages collectively. Upon reaching the FUP, you can still enjoy Unlimited Hotspot and mobile data at a managed speed of 512kbps. ​

The FUP is 25GB for Prepaid 7-Day Travel Pass (Malaysia), 50GB for Prepaid 14-Day Travel Pass (Multi-Country) and 100GB for Prepaid 30-Day Travel Pass (MY & SG). There is no quota limit for surfing at reduced speeds.
 

Upon reaching the FUP limits, users will be informed that they will be surfing at a reduced speed of 512kbps until the Data plan is expired.

There is no data quota cap for the Travel Passes. You will stay connected even after reaching the limit according to our Fair Usage Policy.

You are entitled to purchase all the eligible Data plans & Add-Ons offered by U Mobile and it can be used in Malaysia only.

If you subscribe to the 14-Day Travel Pass (Multi-Country) or 30-Day Travel Pass (MY & SG), you are entitled to purchase the Add-Ons offered by U Mobile below which can be used in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Yes, you will receive a welcome message which mentions our preferred network operator’s when you arrive in Singapore, Indonesia, or Thailand.

You will not be able to connect to the internet on your mobile device using your mobile data.  To continue enjoying the Internet connection, be sure to connect to U Mobile’s preferred network operator’s service when you are abroad.

Your mobile device may automatically switch to another network provider if it detects a stronger signal. Alternatively, you may manually connect to your preferred network operator.

You are advised to top up before you travel. You can still perform top ups through these methods:
 

1. Physical top up vouchers
   
   
2. Debit/ Credit cards through the MyUMobile App
   
   
3. Online Banking through the MyUMobile App

To avoid charges under 24 Hour-Roaming pass you are strongly encouraged to purchase the 14-Day Travel Pass (Multi-Country) before you land in your destination country.

Below are the scenarios:
 

• Scenario 1:
  
  You purchase & activate the 14-Day Travel Pass (Multi-Country) before landing in the country & Data roaming for your mobile device is turned “on”.
  
  Answer: You will not be charged 24 Hour-Roaming Pass.
  
  
  
• Scenario 2:
  
  You’ve purchased & activated the 14-Day Travel Pass (Multi-Country) and landed in the country, but your plan has expired after 14 days & Data roaming for your mobile device is turned “on”.
  
  Answer: You will be charged for 24 Hour-Roaming Pass.

Yes, you can purchase the Travel Pass and 24 Hour-Roaming Pass at the same time.
 

If both the Travel Pass and 24 Hour-Roaming Pass are active, data usage will be utilised from the 24 Hour-Roaming Pass first. Travel pass will be utilised once the 24 Hour-Roaming Pass is expired.
