Please ensure you have enough balance in your prepaid account and ensure that your prepaid account is active for successful activation.
Daily Plan is one-off plan that will not be renewed automatically whereas Weekly Plan will be auto renewed provided you have enough balance in your prepaid account.
There will be two renewal attempts. The first attempt is upon expiry (unused data will be carried forward to your renewed plan); second attempt will take place 24 hours after expiry (unused data will not be carried forward).
*Auto renewal for weekly plans will only begin on 23 Nov 2022. All purchases before 23 Nov will be not be auto-renewed.
You can dial *118# to manage your subscription service.
Yes, these plans are stackable. If you purchase the same plan, the unused data quota will be accumulated, and its expiry date will be extended to the newest validity.
Yes. Your data usage will first consume the plan with the shortest validity.
Yes. Your Daily or Weekly Plan data will first be utilized until the quota is fully consumed or when it expires, before it takes on the data from your Monthly Plan.
There is no speed cap so you will experience high-speed up to 5G speed.
Yes, you will be sent SMS alerts when your quota is near full utilization. You can also view your usage anytime via MyUMobile App.
