1. Campaign Period

a. This U Mobile Experience Centre Sunway Square Runner Club Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No: 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 09:00:00 AM on 14 June 2026 and ends at 22:00:00 PM on 31 July 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

b. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.

c. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").


2. Eligibility

a. This Campaign is exclusively for new and existing active Postpaid subscribers. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.

b. U Mobile employees, agencies, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.

c. This Campaign is only available at U Mobile Experience Centre Sunway Square and U Mobile Flagship Store Sunway Pyramid (“UMEC”).

d. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.


3. Campaign Mechanics

i. To participate in this Campaign, you must sign up to any new Postpaid plans (including U Home 5G) only or Postpaid plans (including U Home 5G) with Device Bundle listed in following Table,

ii. When you successfully sign up the above plan, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.


4. Rewards

a. By subscribing to the eligible Postpaid plans under the Campaign, you will receive a one-time rebate of RM45 (“Rebate”) upon the activation of the Postpaid plan. The Rebate is limited to 500 sign-ups within the Campaign Period.

b. The Rebate will be reflected in the subsequent monthly bill statement following the Postpaid plan’s activation month. The Rebate will offset the monthly fees and usage.

c. You must fully settle all outstanding charges under your existing subscriptions before you can proceed with the registration of the Postpaid plans under this Campaign. Any existing rebate that you are receiving from the existing subscription will be forfeited when you switch to this Campaign.

d. You must ensure that your U Mobile Postpaid account is Active during the Campaign Period and until the point the Rebate is issued.

e. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the Rebate with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.

f. The Reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, in full or in part. Any reward shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile app, advertisements and Campaign materials are for photography or illustration purposes only

g. The Rebate cannot be combined with any other existing rebates.


5. General

a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.

b. All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.

c. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:

i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;

ii. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

iii. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

d. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

e. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have exclusive authority over all matters arising from this Campaign.

f. In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
