b. The followings shall not be eligible under the Campaign:Exclusions:
i. Postpaid Plans purchased via other methods than shop.u.com.my are not eligible.
ii. Upgrade plans via other postpaid plans
iii. Prepaid to postpaid plan upgrades
c. When you have successfully completed the steps above and met the eligibility criteria outlined in Paragraph 4, you will automatically be considered a participant in the Campaign. No registration or entry form is required.
6. Rewards and Fulfilment
a. Eligible participants who have completed the steps in paragraph 5(a) above will receive one (1) RM50 Touch ’n Go eWallet reload voucher (“TNG Voucher”).
b. Each month, only the first 1000 eligible participants with the successful transactions (based on successful transaction timestamp) will be selected to receive the TNG Voucher.
c. Each participant (based on mobile number) is entitled to receive one (1) TNG Voucher only throughout the Campaign Period.
d. U Mobile will notify eligible participants via SMS regarding their TNG Voucher entitlement. U Mobile may also use other communication channels if deemed appropriate.
e. The TNG Voucher will be credited into the winners’ email address within fourteen (14) days after the end of each calendar month (within the Campaign Period). The TNG Voucher will be valid until 24 March 2027.
f. The TNG voucher will be forfeited if your Postpaid line is terminated or you port-out to another service provider.
g. You must ensure that your Postpaid account is Active when the TNG voucher is credited to your account.
h. The rewards are given on an "as is" basis and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile makes no warranties express or implied, on the quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the rewards. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the reward with a voucher or an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
7. General
a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending or amending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participant’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, they must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
c. All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents, or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
ii. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
iii. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
e. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
f. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
g. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
