Terms & Conditions

  1. U HOME FIBRE Rebate Campaign (“Campaign”) by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences on 19 August 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is available to everyone aged 18 years old and above and residing within the Service coverage areas in Malaysia.
    2. This Campaign is open to the first 1,000 customers who sign up to U HOME FIBRE plan during the Campaign Period only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
    3. For existing customers, their existing U HOME FIBRE subscriptions are not eligible for this Campaign. In order to be eligible for this Campaign, existing customers can sign up for additional U HOME FIBRE lines.
    4. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
  4. Campaign Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you are required to sign up to any U HOME FIBRE plans (“U HOME FIBRE”) during the Campaign Period.
  5. Reward
    1. Participants who fulfil the requirement of paragraph 4 above shall be entitled to receive the following discounted monthly fees for the U HOME FIBRE Plan (“Reward”) for 24 months period effective from the service activation date (“Reward Period”):

    1. If you terminate your U HOME FIBRE plan or change your U HOME FIBRE plan to any other U Mobile postpaid plan during the Reward Period, you will not be entitled to receive the Reward from the date of the termination or change.
    2. Your first month’s discounted monthly fees will be pro-rated depending on the service activation date. For subsequent months, you will receive full discounted monthly fee for each monthly billing period. If the Plan is terminated before the end of your billing cycle, your monthly discounted fees will be pro-rated.
  1. General
    1. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    2. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile Group sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    3. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. The subscription and use of U HOME FIBRE plan is subject to U HOME FIBRE terms and conditions (“U HOME FIBRE Terms and Conditions”), terms of service of our Postpaid Service and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, between U HOME FIBRE Terms and Conditions, terms of service of our Postpaid Service and these Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following descending order:
      1. the U HOME FIBRE Terms and Conditions;
      2. the terms of service of our Postpaid Service; and
      3. these Terms and Conditions.
    5. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
