TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WEEKLY ONG-POW – REWARDS CAMPAIGN
1. The Campaign Period
a. This Weekly Ong-Pow – Rewards ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd ("U Mobile") which will commence at 12:00 PM on 9 Feb 2026 and will end at 11:59 PM on 8 Mar 2026 as ("Campaign Period"). Notification will be sent to eligible active Prepaid & Postpaid subscribers as (“Promotion Period”).
b. All entries received before or after the Promotion Period will be automatically disqualified.
c. U Mobile Sdn Bhd reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.
d. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").
2. Eligibility Criteria
a. This Campaign is exclusively for active Prepaid & Postpaid subscribers and have received notification through any channels (SMS) from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
b. U Mobile employees, agencies, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
c. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
d. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
e. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after campaign period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Campaign during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) which shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Language of Contest
a. The Campaign will be organised by the Organiser in the English language.

5. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, you are required to:
(i) Step 1: Downloaded the MyUMobile App
- Participants must be registered with valid mobile number and email address.
(ii) Step 2: Perform Reward Redemption
- Go to Rewards and Grab the indicated campaign voucher on the Rewards page.
- Redeem the deal to acquire your voucher. Vouchers may include the following listed on table a.(1) list of Rewards
- Redeem vouchers at the dedicated merchant platforms or application before validity end date.
b. The promotion is based on “first-come, first-served or while stocks last” basis. The reward is not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by U Mobile.
c. When you complete the steps listed above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
6. Rewards
a. U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.

b. Participation is subject to weekly allocation limit of 15,000 reward codes and entitles participants to the applicable reward.
c. Any codes not allocated as winning codes will not be eligible for rewards and will display a “Try Again Next Week” notification.
d. Reward issuance will follow a pre-defined allocation list to ensure controlled distribution. The reward will be issued upon successful ‘Redemption’ following the log timestamp which assign the reward from the available pool.
e. Any unredeemed voucher beyond the expiry date will be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
f. Subscribers must ensure that your Prepaid and/or Postpaid account is Active when the voucher is credited directly to your account. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.
g. Each unique NRIC will be eligible to redeem only one (1) voucher each week during the Campaign Period.
h. The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
i. The reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part, and any prizes shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile app, advertisements and Contest materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
7. General
a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, such participants must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
c. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents, or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct or indirect, special, or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
ii. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
iii. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
e. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations, and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
f. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid or Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
g. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations, and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
h. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have exclusive authority over all matters arising from this Campaign. In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
