TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR U-STUDENT BUDDY PROGRAM POSTPAID REBATE
1. Campaign Period
a. This U-Student Buddy Program Postpaid Rebate ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No: 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 09:00:00 AM on 2 March 2026 and ends at 21:00:00 PM on 31 March 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
b. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
c. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").
2. Eligibility
a. This Campaign is open exclusively for the students in Malaysia with a valid student card who are at least 18 years at the point of the Postpaid plans sign up under the Campaign.
b. U Mobile employees, agencies, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
c. This Campaign is only available at selected U Mobile Experience Centre (UMEC) i.e U Mobile Flagship Store Sunway Pyramid, UMEC Sunway Square, UMEC Bellisa Row, UMEC Telawi Square, UMEC Pavilion Bukit Jalil and UMEC IOI City Mall.
d. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
3. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, eligible participants (“Student”) must walk-in to the UMECs as specified in paragraph 2 (c) above with original identification card and a valid student ID card.
b. The Student must sign up to a new Postpaid plan under the eligible U Postpaid plans below.

IV. U Postpaid 38
(collectively “U Postpaid Plans”).
The prices for the eligible U Postpaid Plans above are as specified in https://www.u.com.my/en/personal/mobile-plans/postpaid.
c. This Campaign is a limited redemption based on “first-come, first-served” basis.
4. Rebate
a. By subscribing to the eligible U Postpaid Plans under the Campaign, the Student will receive a one-time Rebate of RM28 upon the activation of the U Postpaid Plan under this Campaign. This Campaign is limited to the first 200 sign up for each UMEC location within the Campaign Period.
b. The Rebate will be reflected in the subsequent monthly bill statement following the activation month. The Rebate will offset the monthly fees and usage.
c. You must fully settle all outstanding charges under your existing subscriptions before you can proceed with the registration of the U Postpaid Plan under this Campaign.
d. You must ensure that your U Mobile Postpaid account is Active during the Campaign Period and until the point the Rebate is issued.
e. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the Rebate with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
f. The Rebate is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, in full or in part, and any reward shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile app, advertisements and Campaign materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
5. General
a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, such participants must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
c. All Rebates are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct or indirect, special, or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
ii. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
iii. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
e. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
f. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have exclusive authority over all matters arising from this Campaign.
g. In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
