Terms & Conditions

2. The Plans are available to U Mobile prepaid subscribers only and are not available to - U Broadband subscribers.
3. The Plans cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
4. Each Plan is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions. You must comply with those terms, our Privacy Policy, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms") all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
5. We reserve the right to discontinue offering the Plans, modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
6. The Plans cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.

Activation and Charges

1. You may activate each Plan on your mobile device:
   1. via MyUMobile App’s Add-ons section; or
   2. by dialing *118#
2. Before you activate and before any renewal of your subscription, you must have the following minimum credit balance for the respective Plans:

4. We will deduct the respective activation fee based on the Plan you subscribe from your credit balance whether or not the activation was authorized by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
5. The validity period is 7 days (for GX12) and 30 days (for GX30, GX38 and GX43) from activation. On its expiry, your subscription will be automatically rolled-over only if you have the minimum credit balance specified in paragraph 2 (Activation and Charges).
6. You may activate as many Plans as you like. Any unused data will be forfeited upon renewal of the Plan.
7. If you wish to terminate the Plan, you can unsubscribe via UMB at *118#.
8. Any unused data will be forfeited upon Plan termination. Subsequent data usage will be charged according to the respective prepaid rate plans.

Activation and Charges

1. By subscribing to GX12, you will enjoy unlimited data usage with Internet speed up to 3 Mbps. For GX30 you will enjoy unlimited data usage with Internet speed up to 6 Mbps. For GX38 and GX43 you will enjoy unlimited data usage with Internet speed up to 12 Mbps. The Plans include unlimited video and music streaming at standard definition.
2. You are given a separate data quota for mobile hotspot usage as follows:

• After the hotspot quota is fully utilized, data speed will be managed. For GX43, usage of data will be drawn from your 6GB hotspot quota first. Upon full consumption of 6GB, data speed will then be reduced to 12Mbps.
   

3. Peer-to-peer (P2P) usage is up to 64kbps.
4. For non-mobile hotspot usage, you can use the Plans via smartphones only and no other devices including MiFi and USB dongle. U Mobile may from time to time change the device requirement for the Plans based on its discretion.
5. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Plans if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.
6. The data service which provides access to the Internet and related services via our 4G/5G network only and is only available to customers within our 4G/5G network coverage area. The Service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. You cannot use the Service to connect to the Internet outside of our 4G/5G network coverage area. 7. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability.
8. When there is a network failure, your normal (non-hotspot) data usage may inadvertently be deducted from your mobile hotspot quota. You acknowledge the possibility of this happening and agree not to hold us liable.

Activation and Charges

1. The voice service applies to domestic mobile, domestic fixed on-net and off-net usage and excludes video calls, MMS, International Direct Dial (IDD), International Roaming, Voicemail (1311) or calls to special numbers/premium numbers (e.g.: 1300 / 1500 / 1508 / 1600 / 1700 / 1900 / 103, 800 & 15999), 02-prefix numbers for border calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei.
2. You must only use the voice service strictly as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage and not for commercial use. The Plan shall not be:
   1. re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way;
   2. used for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, application-to-person communication, continuous calling for extended period of time, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication;
   3. used for wholesale or for SIM boxing or aggregate minutes on our network;
   4. used in connection with a device, software or application which re-routes calls;
   5. used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours and limiting the ability for other customers to access our network; or
   6. used for any other activity that U Mobile considers to be non-standard usage.
3. In addition to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Plan if you breach any of the Terms and any unused credit balance shall be forfeited.
