General
1. There are five (5) prepaid 5G Daily and Weekly Plans (collectively, the "5G Daily and Weekly Plans" and individually “Daily Data Plan” or “Weekly Data Plan” or "Data Plan"). The following Tables set out the detailed offer of the 5G Daily and Weekly Plans:

2. The 5G Daily and Weekly Plans are available to all U Mobile prepaid active subscribers.
3. Each Data Plan is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions and the Prepaid 5G Plan Terms and Conditions. You must comply with those terms, our Privacy Notice, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms") all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
4. The 5G Daily and Weekly Plans cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
5. We reserve the right to discontinue offering the 5G Daily and Weekly Plans, modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
6. You may activate each Data Plan on your mobile device:
a. via MyUMobile App’s Add-ons section; or
b. by dialing *118#
c. via U Mobile Online Store
7. Before you activate or renew your 5G Daily and Weekly Plans subscription, you must have the following minimum credit balance for the respective Data Plan:

8. We will deduct the activation fee from your credit balance based on the 5G Daily and Weekly Plans you subscribe whether or not the activation was authorized by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
9. Effective from 23 November 2022, your subscription of Weekly Data Plans will be automatically renewed after expiry if you have the minimum credit balance specified in paragraph 2 (Activation and Charges). If you have insufficient credit balance, your subscription will be terminated and all unused data will be forfeited. For clarity, any subscription of Weekly Data Plans prior to 23 November 2022 will not be automatically renewed upon expiry.
10. Your subscription of Daily Data Plan will not be automatically renewed upon expiry.
11. If you subscribe to more than one (1) same 5G Daily and Weekly Data Plans prior to the expiry of the first subscribed 5G Daily and Weekly Data Plans, any unused data quota of the first subscribed 5G Daily and Weekly Data Plans will be accumulated and the expiry date will be extended according to the latest subscribed 5G Daily and Weekly Data Plans’ expiry date.
Example: On 1 November, you subscribe to 10GB weekly plan with expiry date on 8 November. On 5 November, the data quota balance is 5GB, then you subscribe to another 10GB Weekly Plan. The data quota is accumulated to 15GB and the expiry date is extended to 12 November.
12. If you have an existing prepaid data plan (for example: U Plans, GX plans), you are still allowed to subscribe 5G Daily and Weekly Plans. Usage of data will be drawn from your 5G Daily and Weekly Plans first. Upon full consumption of your 5G Daily and Weekly Plans or upon expiry of 5G Daily and Weekly Plans, usage of data will be drawn from other data packages.
13. Unlimited RM15/7 Days (Weekly Data Plan) data plan is subject to FUP quota of 25GB. Upon reaching the FUP limit, the speed will be reduced to 512 Kbps. There is no quota limit for browsing on reduced speed.
14. Peer-to-peer (P2P) usage is up to 64kbps.
15. If you wish to turn off the auto-renewal service for Weekly Plan, you can dial *118# to manage your subscription service.
16. Any unused data will be forfeited upon 5G Daily and Weekly Plans termination. Subsequent data usage will be charged according to the relevant prepaid rate plans.
17. The 5G Daily and Weekly Plans are allowed to be used for hotspot. U Mobile may from time to time change the device requirement for the 5G Daily and Weekly Plans based on its discretion.
18. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the 5G Daily and Weekly Plans if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.
19. This data service which provides access to the Internet and related services via our 5G/4G network only and is only available to customers within our 5G/4G network coverage area. The Service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. You cannot use the Service to connect to the Internet outside of our 5G/4G network coverage area. 20. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability.
Voice Service
1. The voice service applies to domestic mobile, domestic fixed on-net and off-net usage and excludes video calls, MMS, International Direct Dial (IDD), International Roaming, Voicemail (1311) or calls to special numbers/premium numbers (e.g.: 1300 / 1500 / 1508 / 1600 / 1700 / 1900 / 103, 800 & 15999), 02-prefix numbers for border calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei.
2. You must only use the voice service strictly as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage and not for commercial use. The Data Plan shall not be:
a. re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way;
b. used for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, application-to-perso communication, continuous calling for extended period of time, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication;
c. used for wholesale or for SIM boxing or aggregate minutes on our network;
d. used in connection with a device, software or application which re-routes calls;
e. used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours and limiting the ability for other customers to access our network; or
f. used for any other activity that U Mobile considers to be non-standard usage.
3. In addition to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Data Plan if you breach any of the Terms and any unused credit balance shall be forfeited.
