General
1. This ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan (“Rate Plan”) is available from 7 April 2026 (“Effective Date”) until withdrawn by U Mobile. The Rate Plan is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions. You must comply with those Terms and Conditions including the relevant service description, Privacy Notice and these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms").
2. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
3. This ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan comes with the features specified in the table below, upon activation of the Plan.

Lifecycle
1. The lifecycle of the Rate Plan comes with 7 days of active period (“Active Period”) and 60 days of passive period (“Passive Period”):
a. during the Passive Period, you cannot use any of the Services including accessing the internet, make outgoing calls and SMS but you can receive incoming calls and SMS;
b. if you do not perform any top up within the Passive Period, your account will be automatically terminated without any further notice; and
c. your Active Period validity depends on the amount you top up. For example:
i. if you do not perform any top up upon activation of the Rate Plan, your Active Period will remain at 7 days;
ii. at any time, for every RM1.00 you top up, your Active Period will be 1 day. However: if you top up RM1.00 upon activation of the Plan, the existing Active Period under the Plan i.e. 7 days apply (the longer Active Period applies); and if you top up RM10.00, your Active Period will be 10 days.
Switch Rate Plans
1. Existing U Mobile prepaid subscribers are able to switch to the Rate Plan on a later date. SMS notification will be sent out once the switch plan function is available.
2. Each successful switch is free of charge, there will be no fee deducted from your account.
3. However, after you have switched to the Rate Plan, you are not allowed to switch to any other prepaid Rate Plan.
4. You are not allowed to switch to Rate Plan during the passive period of your existing prepaid Rate Plan. You are required to perform a top-up to re-activate your existing prepaid account before switching to the Rate Plan.
5. Any freebies and content subscription services which were part of your previous prepaid Rate Plan will be automatically terminated and any remaining or unused SMS, voice minutes or data allowance to which you are entitled under the previous prepaid Rate Plan will be forfeited. However, any credit balance may be carried over to the Rate Plan.
6. After each successful switch to the Rate Plan, your existing prepaid account’s Active Period will be reset to 7 days of Active Period and 60 days of Passive Period, regardless of the type of prepaid rate plan you switch from.
Internet upon Activation
1. 20GB internet with Unlimited Speed will be provisioned to your account immediately upon successful activation of the Rate Plan.
2. An SMS notification will be sent to you that the free 20GB internet with Unlimited Speed has been activated.
3. The 20GB internet is valid for 7 days from the activation date. Upon expiry of the 7-day period, any unutilised internet quota will be forfeited.
4. The 20GB internet is non-transferable to other U Mobile subscribers.
5. The 20GB internet can only be utilised domestically (within Malaysia only) and cannot be used for internet roaming usage when overseas. Your internet roaming usage will be charged based on the internet roaming rates imposed by U Mobile’s roaming operators,
6. All data usage, including hotspot, will be deducted from the 20GB Data until the quota is fully consumed or when it expires.
New International Direct Dial (IDD) Rate
1. The Rate Plan comes with new IDD rate for the countries as provided at:

2. This new rate will apply to both IDD and budget IDD (“BIDD”). If you dial Standard IDD or BIDD, same charges will apply.
3. The new IDD rate is only applicable if you subscribe to the Rate Plan. IDD rate in all other rate plan will remain unchanged at the current rate.
ULTRA5G Priority
1. ULTRA Prepaid 50 comes with ULTRA5G Priority as set out in the Monthly Data Plans table above at no additional charges.
2. After activating ULTRA5G Priority, the network name on your mobile device will be displayed as ‘UM ULTRA5G PRIORITY’.
3. ‘UM ULTRA5G PRIORITY’ will only be displayed on 5G SA compatible mobile devices that are within ULTRA5G network coverage area.
4. If you have fully utilized your free ULTRA5G Priority passes, you may purchase additional passes via the MyUMobile App or by dialing *118#.
