Terms & Conditions

A. General

1. This “U Prepaid 25 SIM Pack” or “U Prepaid 25 plan” is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions. You must comply with those Terms and Conditions including the relevant service description, 5G-Ready Prepaid Rate Plan (u.com.my), Privacy Notice and these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms").
2. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
3. This U Prepaid 25 SIM Pack is only available for on-ground campaigns by selected U Mobile’s authorised dealers.
4. This U Prepaid 25 SIM Pack comes with the features specified in the Table below upon activation.

Activation and Charges

1. You may activate U Prepaid 25 SIM Pack by downloading MyUMobile App and performing Prepaid self-registration.
2. The validity period for U Prepaid 25 plan is 30 days from activation. On its expiry, your subscription will be automatically renewed only if you have the minimum credit balance.  If you have insufficient credit balance, your subscription will be terminated.
3. Upon expiry or renewal of U Prepaid 25 plan, any unutilised data will be forfeited.
4. You may manage auto-renewal of your U Prepaid 25 plan via MyUMobile App or by dialling UMB *118#.

Data Service

1. By subscribing to U Prepaid 25 plan, you will enjoy unlimited data usage with Internet speed based on the Internet quota and speed as specified in the Table above.
2. U Prepaid 25 plan has a FUP quota of 40GB. Upon reaching the FUP limit, your speed will be reduced to 512 Kbps. There is no quota for browsing on reduced speed.
3. For non-mobile hotspot usage, you can use the U Prepaid 25 plan via smartphones only and no other devices including MiFi and USB dongle. U Mobile may from time to time change the device requirement for the U Prepaid 25 plan based on its discretion.
4. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the U Prepaid 25 plan if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.
5. The data service which provides access to the Internet and related services via our 4G/5G network only and is only available to customers within our 4G/5G network coverage area. The Service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. You cannot use the Service to connect to the Internet outside of our 4G/5G network coverage area. 6. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability.
7. When there is a network failure, your normal (non-hotspot) data usage may inadvertently be deducted from your mobile hotspot quota. You acknowledge the possibility of this happening and agree not to hold us liable.

 Daily 1 Hour Ultra Speed for U Prepaid 25 (“Ultra Speed”)

1. The Ultra Speed allows you to enjoy uncapped speed on 4G or 5G network for U Prepaid 25 for 1 hour a day.
2. You can redeem the Ultra Speed via MyUMobile App. You will be able to enjoy uncapped speed on 4G or 5G network depending on the best available network coverage in your area.
3. You can only redeem the Ultra Speed once in every 24 hours. By way of an example: If you redeem on 1 March at 2 p.m, you can only redeem again after 3 p.m on 2 March. 24 hours period starts from the expiry of the Ultra Speed.
4. All usages during the Ultra Speed are included in your FUP quota. By way of an example, if you are on U Prepaid 25 and you consume 2GB on the Ultra Speed, the remaining FUP quota will be reduced from 40GB to 38GB.
5.  Upon reaching the FUP quota, your Internet speed will remain at 512 kbps even if you redeemed the Ultra Speed. By way of example, if your U Prepaid 25 has already reached FUP of 40GB, and you redeemed the Ultra Speed, your Internet speed will still be managed at 512kbps.

Voice Service

1. The voice service applies to domestic mobile, domestic fixed on-net and off-net usage and excludes video calls, MMS, International Direct Dial (IDD), International Roaming, Voicemail (1311) or calls to special numbers/premium numbers (e.g.: 1300 / 1500 / 1508 / 1600 / 1700 / 1900 / 103, 800 & 15999), 02-prefix numbers for border calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei.
2. You must only use the voice service strictly as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage and not for commercial use. The Data Plan shall not be:
   1. re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way;
   2. used for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, application-to-person communication, continuous calling for extended period of time, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication;
   3. used for wholesale or for SIM boxing or aggregate minutes on our network;
   4. used in connection with a device, software or application which re-routes calls;
   5. used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours and limiting the ability for other customers to access our network; or
   6. used for any other activity that U Mobile considers to be non-standard usage.
3. In addition to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend or terminate your U Prepaid 25 if you breach any of the Terms and any unused credit balance shall be forfeited.
