4. We will deduct the activation fee from your credit balance based on the Data Plan you subscribe regardless of whether the activation was authorized by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
5. The validity period for the Monthly Data Plans is 30 days from activation. On its expiry, your subscription will be automatically renewed only if you have the minimum credit balance specified in paragraph 2 (Activation and Charges).
6. If you have insufficient credit balance, your subscription will be terminated.
7. You may activate as many Data Plans as you like. Any unused data will be forfeited upon renewal or reactivation of the Data Plan.
8. If you wish to terminate the Data Plan, you can dial *118# to stop the auto renewal.
9. The validity period for the ULTRA Weekly & Daily Data Plans are 7 days & 24 hours from activation respectively. These data plans will not be auto renewed upon expiry.
10. If you subscribe to more than one (1) same ULTRA Weekly & Daily Data Plans prior to the expiry of the first subscribed 5G Daily and Weekly Data Plans, any unused data quota of the first subscribed ULTRA Weekly & Daily Data Plans will be accumulated and the expiry date will be extended according to the latest subscribed ULTRA Weekly & Daily Data Plans’ expiry date.
Example: On 1 November, you subscribe to 10GB weekly plan with expiry date on 8 November. On 5 November, the data quota balance is 5GB, then you subscribe to another 10GB Weekly Plan. The data quota is accumulated to 15GB and the expiry date is extended to 12 November.
11. Any unused data will be forfeited upon Data Plan termination. Subsequent data usage will be charged according to the relevant prepaid rate plans.
Data Service
1. By subscribing to the ULTRA Prepaid plans, you will enjoy data usage with unlimited speed based on the respective Internet quota and speed as specified in the Tables under paragraph 1 (General) above. The Data Plans include unlimited video and music streaming at standard definition.
2. You are given an extra 5GB high-speed data quota for ULTRA Prepaid 28 for mobile hotspot usage. After the quota is fully utilized, hotspot usage will be disabled.
3. Mobile hotspot usages for ULTRA Prepaid 38, ULTRA Prepaid 50, ULTRA Weekly & Daily are subject to the available Internet for the respective plans.
4. Peer-to-peer (P2P) usage is up to 64kbps.
5. For non-mobile hotspot usage, you can use the Data Plans via smartphones only and no other devices including MiFi and USB dongle. U Mobile may from time to time change the device requirement for the Data Plans based on its discretion. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Data Plans if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.

7. The data service which provides access to the Internet and related services via our 4G/5G network only and is only available to customers within our 4G/5G network coverage area. The Service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. You cannot use the Service to connect to the Internet outside of our 4G/5G network coverage area. 8. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability.
9. When there is a network failure, your normal (non-hotspot) data usage may inadvertently be deducted from your mobile hotspot quota. You acknowledge the possibility of this happening and agree not to hold us liable.
Voice Service
1. The voice service applies to domestic mobile, domestic fixed on-net and off-net usage and excludes video calls, MMS, International Direct Dial (IDD), International Roaming, Voicemail (1311) or calls to special numbers/premium numbers (e.g.: 1300 / 1500 / 1508 / 1600 / 1700 / 1900 / 103, 800 & 15999), 02-prefix numbers for border calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei.
2. You must only use the voice service strictly as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage and not for commercial use. The Data Plan shall not be:
a. re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way;
b. used for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, application-to-person communication, continuous calling for extended period of time, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication;
c. used for wholesale or for SIM boxing or aggregate minutes on our network;
d. used in connection with a device, software or application which re-routes calls;
e. used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours and limiting the ability for other customers to access our network; or
f. used for any other activity that U Mobile considers to be non-standard usage.
3. In addition to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Data Plan if you breach any of the Terms and any unused credit balance shall be forfeited.
ULTRA5G Priority
1. ULTRA Prepaid 50 comes with ULTRA5G Priority as set out in the Monthly Data Plans table above at no additional charges.
2. After activating ULTRA5G Priority, the network name on your mobile device will be displayed as ‘UM ULTRA5G PRIORITY’.
3. ‘UM ULTRA5G PRIORITY’ will only be displayed on 5G SA compatible mobile devices that are within ULTRA5G network coverage area.
4. If you have fully utilized your free ULTRA5G Priority passes, you may purchase additional passes via the MyUMobile App or by dialing *118#.
