Terms and Conditions for “U Mobile x ALPHA The First Wave Concert: MyUMobile App User VIP Concert Ticket Giveaway”

  1. This “U Mobile x ALPHA The First Wave Concert: MyUMobile App User VIP Concert Ticket Giveaway” ("Giveaway") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) ("U Mobile") which commences at 10:00 a.m on 4 September 2026 and ends at 11.59 p.m on 20 September 2026 ("Giveaway Period").
  2. All entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will be automatically disqualified.
  3. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  4. Giveaway Eligibility
    1. This Giveaway is open to all active U Mobile subscribers who are Malaysian citizens and are MyUMobile App users. (“Eligible Participants"). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
    2. This Giveaway is available via MyUMobile App only.
    3. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, dealers, vendors and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Giveaway.
    4. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
    5. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
  5. Giveaway Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Giveaway, you are required to perform the following steps during the Giveaway Period:-
      Step 1: Download and login to the MyUMobile App. You must be registered with a valid mobile number and email address.
      Step 2: Perform Reward redemption:
      1. Go to Rewards page and tap on the “Concert” category.
      2. Tap on “Grab Deal” to take up the reward.
      3. Go to “My Vouchers” and tap on the reward.
      4. Tap “Redeem Deal” to obtain your reward
    2. You are allowed to grab the Giveaway deal every day during the Giveaway Period for more chances of winning. However, redemption is only allowed once per day.
  6. Prize
    1. Top sixty (60) Eligible Participants with the fastest and highest redemptions during the Giveaway Period will receive the prizes specified below (“Prizes”) for the U Mobile X ALPHA The First Wave Concert to be held at ZEPP KL, on 26 September 2026 (8.30pm)(“Concert”):

      Top 1 - 5 Eligible Participants with the fastest and highest redemption Each Eligible Participant will receive a pair of VIP Tickets & Concert Merch for the Concert
      Top 6 - 10 Eligible Participants with the fastest and highest redemption Each Eligible Participant will receive a pair of General Tickets for the Concert
      Top 11 - 60 Eligible Participants with the fastest and highest redemption Each Eligible Participant will receive one (1) Concert Merch
    2. Upon the announcement of the winners via SMS notification, you are required to collect your Prize at the U Mobile Express Redemption Lane at ZEPP KL on the Concert Day. The collection window is from 4pm until 8.30pm.
    3. The winners are required to present their original Identity Card and the MyUMobile App displaying their registered phone number for verification during prize collection.
    4. You are not allowed to sell the Prize to any third party.
    5. Transportation to the Concert venue is not provided and the winners shall arrange its own transportation to the said venue. Admission to the Concert venue is subject to the rules and regulations of the Concert organiser. If any of the winners are unable to attend the Concert due to any reasons whatsoever, the Prize will be forfeited. Any winner whose Prize have been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
    6. The Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash in full or in part.
    7. The Prize is given on an “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
  7. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Giveaway during the Giveaway Period are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Giveaway and extending the Giveaway Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Giveaway.
    3. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Giveaway. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Giveaway.
    4. By participating in the Giveaway, all participants: 
      1. Consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Giveaway;
      2. Consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. Grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid and Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid and Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    6. The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Giveaway.
