1. U Mobile Loyalty Rebate is a selected promotion that provided by U Mobile Sdn Bhd ("U Mobile").
2. By accepting this offer, you agree to be bound by all terms relating to the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Notice, the relevant Postpaid Plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms") all of which are available on u.com.my and all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. We reserve the right to discontinue offering the offer, modify or otherwise change the Terms.
4. We reserve the right to reject any participation or subscription at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
5. Eligibility
a. This Offer is open to selected U Mobile Postpaid plan subscribers only, who:
i. are Active principal line holders (“Active” means able to make and receive calls);
ii. are of age 18 years and above; and
6. Loyalty Rebate
a. To subscribe to this offer,
i. You may approached by our U Mobile Store personnel or Ambassador.
b. The subscribers who successfully subscribed to the Loyalty Rebate will enjoy the rebate for a period of 12 months & subject to the terms & conditions of the loyalty rebate.
c. The offer is not applicable if you have outstanding payment with us.
d. This offer is not applicable to you if you are currently enjoying another rebate within U Mobile organisation.
7. Rebate Provision
a. The Loyalty Rebate will be provisions to the dedicated subscriber number which eligible.
b. Subscriber shall NOT during the rebate period to prevent rebate to be removed from the account:
i. Terminate/suspend your Postpaid plan or port out to another mobile service provider.
ii. Downgrade or change your Postpaid plan. However, subscriber is allowed to upgrade to the eligible Postpaid plan and enjoy the loyalty rebate for the remaining months.
iii. Change or transfer ownership of this offer.
8. General
a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
c. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
d. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
