Terms & Conditions

1. ULTRA Family 128 comes with 15GB data and unlimited incoming call quota (which is separate and in addition to your domestic data and voice quota) on roaming at selected countries at no additional charge (“Free 15GB Data Roaming and Unlimited Incoming Call”).
2. The Free 15GB Data Roaming and Unlimited Incoming Call quota is applicable for ULTRA Family 128 and the ULTRA Family Share lines under the plan. Roaming data quota of your ULTRA Family Share line(s) is drawn from the 15GB Roaming Data bucket of your principal line.
3. If the Roaming Data Quota is exhausted, you may purchase the following multi-day roaming add-ons:
   1. 5-Day Roaming (SG/IDN/TH)
   2. 7-Day Roaming (Multi-Country)
   3. 30-Day Roaming (Multi-Country)
   4. 10-Day Roaming (ASEAN)
   The roaming add-ons can be purchased using your principal line only. ULTRA Family Share line(s) can use the data quota from the roaming add-on bucket of your principal line.

5. Monthly Fee and Upfront Advance Fee
   1. You must pay the Monthly Fee in full even if you do not use ULTRA Family 128 or ULTRA Family Share, to the full value of the service for the month, and no part of the Monthly Fee will be carried over to the following months. Any usage exceeding the Monthly Fee will be billed to you on monthly basis. Monthly Fee may be used interchangeably with Access Fee or Monthly Access Fee in www.u.com.my or in your bill.
   2. Charges for all other services not listed in Table A above, such as IDD and International Roaming will not be deducted from the Monthly Fee and will be charged separately in addition to the Monthly Fee. Unless specifically stated otherwise, monthly data and bundled minutes are only applicable for domestic usage and will not be available during Roaming.

6. ULTRA5G Priority
   1. ULTRA Family 128 and ULTRA Family Share come with ULTRA5G Priority passes as set out in Table A at no additional charges.
   2. Upon activation, your network name will change to “UM ULTRA5G PRIORITY” for 3 hours if you are within ULTRA5G network coverage.
   3. You must have a compatible 5G SIM and 5G SA supported device to enjoy the service.
   4. If you have fully utilized your free ULTRA5G Priority passes, you may purchase additional passes via the MyUMobile App.

   1. ULTRA Family 128 and ULTRA Family Share come with ULTRA5G Priority passes as set out in Table A at no additional charges.

   3. You must have a compatible 5G SIM and 5G SA supported device to enjoy the service.
   4. If you have fully utilized your free ULTRA5G Priority passes, you may purchase additional passes via the MyUMobile App.
       

7. General Postpaid Plan
   1. We reserve the right to amend or change the tariffs at any time during the Commitment Period.
   2. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Service if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.
   3. The Service cannot be combined with other packages unless stated otherwise.
   4. Commitment Period will be applicable when devices are bundled together with the Service. We may impose cancellation charges/fees (including unpaid device price) if you terminate the Services (or we terminate due to your non-compliance) prior to the agreed Commitment Period. Commitment Period may also be referred as “Minimum Period” or “Minimum Term”.
   5. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability. If your total download and upload use per month exceeds any applicable allocated data allowance, we will manage your bandwidth by reducing your speed.
       

Existing U Family 128 customers

1. U Family 128 and U Family Share customers that sign up before 7 April 2026 will be auto-upgraded to ULTRA Family 128 and ULTRA Family Share respectively on 7 April 2026. 
2. There will be no changes to the monthly fees. 
3. The plan features will follow details as set out in Table A.
