TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WEEKLY GOAL RUSH CAMPAIGN
1. This Weekly Goal Rush ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) ("U Mobile") which will commence at 12:00 PM on 11 June 2026 and will end at 11:59 PM on 22 July 2026 ("Campaign Period").
2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").
4. Campaign Eligibility
a. This Campaign is open for selected Active Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers who have received SMS notification from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
b. This Campaign is available via MyUMobile App only.
c. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
d. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
e. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by eligible participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
5. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, you are required to:
(i) Step 1: Download and login to the MyUMobile App
• Participants must be registered with valid mobile number and email address.
(ii) Step 2: Perform Reward Redemption
• Go to Rewards page and tap on the Campaign voucher.
• Tap on “Grab Deal” to take up the voucher.
• Tap “Redeem Deal” to obtain your voucher code.
• Redeem the vouchers on the dedicated merchant platforms or application before the voucher’s validity end date.
b. The reward is available on “first-come, first-served or while stocks last” basis. The reward is not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by U Mobile.
c. When you complete the steps listed above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
6. Rewards
a. Each eligible subscriber is entitled to redeem vouchers (“Reward”) as listed in the following Table:

b. U
Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the Reward
via SMS. U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the
participants of their entitlement to receive the Reward.
c. Redemption
is subject to a weekly allocation limit of 15,000 Rewards. A “week” refers to the period
starting from Thursday (12:00 AM) and ending on Wednesday (11:59 PM)
during the Campaign Period.
d. Rewards will only be considered
successfully redeemed upon system confirmation of a valid submission.
e. All Rewards are limited to the allocated
pool and will be distributed strictly while stocks last. Submission of a valid
redemption does not guarantee Reward entitlement once the allocation has been
exhausted.
f. Any unredeemed Reward after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited and will be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
g. You must ensure that your Prepaid or Postpaid account remains Active during the Campaign Period and until the point of Rewards issuance.
h. Each unique NRIC/Passport number shall be eligible to redeem only one (1) voucher per week during the Campaign Period.
i. All Rewards are provided on an “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any Reward with another of equivalent value at any time without prior notice.
j. The Reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part, and any prizes shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile app, advertisements and Campaign materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
7. General
a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, such participants must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
c. All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents, or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct or indirect, special, or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
ii. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
iii. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
e. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid or Prepaid mobile
services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and
Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of
any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions
will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
h. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have exclusive authority over all matters arising from this Campaign.
In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
