General
1. GT30 is a 30-day bundled service for local voice calls and data (“Plan”).
2. The Plan is available to U Mobile prepaid subscribers only and is not available to - U Broadband subscribers.|
3. The Plan cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
4. The Plan is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions. You must comply with those terms including our Privacy Policy, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
5. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
6. The Plan cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
Activation and Charges
1. You may activate the Plan on your mobile device:
a. Via MyUMobile App’s Add-ons section; or
b. by dialing *118*3*6#; or
2. Before you activate, you must have a minimum of RM30 credit balance for the Plan.
3. The activation fee applicable for the Plan is RM30. We will deduct the activation fee from your credit balance whether or not the activation was authorized by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
4. The validity period is 30 days from activation. On its expiry, your subscription will be automatically renewed only if you have the minimum credit balance specified in paragraph 2 (Activation and Charges).
5. If your subscription cannot be automatically renewed because you have insufficient credit balance, your subscription will not be renewed.
6. You may activate as many Plans as you like. Any unused data will be forfeited upon renewal of the Plan.
7. If you wish to terminate the Plan, you can unsubscribe via UMB at *118*3*6#
8. Any unused data will be forfeited upon Plan termination. Subsequent data usage will be charged according to the respective prepaid rate plans.
Voice
1. The voice service applies to domestic mobile, domestic fixed on-net and off-net usage and excludes video calls, MMS, International Direct Dial (IDD), International Roaming, Voicemail (1311) or calls to special numbers/premium numbers (e.g.: 1300 / 1500 / 1508 / 1600 / 1700 / 1900 / 103, 800 & 15999), 02-prefix numbers for border calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei.
2. You must only use the voice service strictly as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage and not for commercial use. The Plan shall not be:
a. re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way;
b. used for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, application-to-person communication, continuous calling for extended period of time, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication;
c. used for wholesale or for SIM boxing or aggregate minutes on our network;
d. used in connection with a device, software or application which re-routes calls;\
e. used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours and limiting the ability for other customers to access our network; or
f. used for any other activity that U Mobile considers to be non-standard usage.
3. In addition to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Plan if you breach any of the Terms and any unused credit balance shall be forfeited.
Data Service
1. By subscribing to the Plan, you will enjoy 1GB high speed data usage.
2. If you exceed the 1GB quota, we may at our absolute discretion without limiting our rights in the Terms, manage your bandwidth, suspend or terminate the Plan including without limitation, reducing your speed. Our aim is to provide quality mobile services to all our subscribers so that no subscribers are disadvantaged by the behavior of others.
3. Peer-to-peer (P2P) usage is up to 64kbps.
4. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Plan if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.
5. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability.
6. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability.
GT30 Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. This U Mobile ‘GT30 Promo’ Promotion (“Promotion”) by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) will commence at 00:00 on 24 January 2019 and continue until further notice.
2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by all the Promotion terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. Promotion Eligibility
This Promotion is open to all Active Prepaid subscribers who subscribe GT30 during the Promotion Period. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
4. Promotion Mechanics
a. All successful subscription of GT30 Plan during the Promotion Period will be charged with an activation fee of RM25 instead of the activation fee of RM30. The activation fee of RM25 will be deducted from your credit balance.
b. Upon the expiry of the Promotion Period, the activation fee of RM30 will be charged.
