1. The Campaign Period
   1. This Raya-vaganza Rewards with U Connect ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd ("U Mobile") which will commence at 12:00 PM on 1 April 2024 and will end at 11:59 PM on 31 May 2024 as ("Campaign Period").
   2. All entries received before or after the Promotion Period will be automatically disqualified.
   3. U Mobile Sdn Bhd reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.
   4. By participating in this Campaign, you agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by, and shall be deemed to accept, these terms and conditions available on U Mobile Platform at http://www.u.com.my (collectively these “Terms and Conditions”).
2. Eligibility Criteria
   
   1. This Campaign is exclusively for active Prepaid & Postpaid subscribers and have received notification through any channels (SMS) from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
   2. U Mobile employees, agencies, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
   3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
   4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
   5. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice to any party ("The Extended Period"). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after campaign period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Campaign during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) which shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Language of Contest
   1. The Campaign will be organised by the Organiser in the English language.

5. Campaign Mechanics
   
   1. To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant will need to:
      1. Step 1: Download the MyUMobile App
         • Participants must be registered with a valid mobile number and/or email address.
      2. Step 2: Navigate the Game through MyUMobile App
         • Game Plays will be made available under the Rewards section in the MyUMobile App.
      3. Step 3: Play the Game
         • Complete the game to receive Rewards.
   2. When you complete the steps listed above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
6. Game Play
   1. Players are required to tap on the ‘5G’ icon button THREE (3)x times to power up 5G Connection in the game.
   2. Players will get rewarded and receive a surprise reward upon completion of the game.
   3. Rewards are available throughout the entire day during the campaign period.
   4. There are TWO (2) types of rewards: (1) U Mobile Vouchers, (2) Reward Vouchers.
      1. U Mobile Vouchers: Includes Hotspot/Calls/Voice/Credit/Bill Rebate/Data Bonus. The U Mobile vouchers will be credited directly to the eligible subscribers’ account and will be valid for a period of 1 day. This can take up to 10mins for the reward to be successfully provisioned to your account. If you do not use the U Mobile Vouchers within the period provided, the voucher will automatically expire, and any unused bonus will be forfeited.
      2. Reward Vouchers: Includes rewards featured on the MyUMobile App comprising of the following categories: (1) E-Shopping, (2) Food & Beverages, (3) Retail Shopping, (4) Health & Fitness, (5) Leisure & Entertainment, (6) Travel & Hotels, and (7) Beauty & Wellness. The participants are required to grab and redeem the reward vouchers before the expiry date as stated in the voucher. Please refer to reward voucher for detailed terms and conditions on reward usage. Each reward voucher has different T&Cs. Any unredeemed voucher beyond the expiry date will be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
   5. Rewards for data, calls, credit bonus, rebates and rewards vouchers are whilst stocks last and on a first come first served basis.
   6. Each U Mobile user is entitled to ONE (1) play daily and the number of plays refresh daily at midnight.
   7. The game is only available on MyUMobile App and for selected U Mobile registered users.
7. Rewards
   1. U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
   2. Reward voucher(s) will be issued to the participants upon successfully completing the game requirements through a randomised sequence of game play events.
   3. The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
   4. The reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part, and any prizes shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile App, advertisements and Contest materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
8. General Terms and Conditions
   1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
   2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
   3. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
   4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
   5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid and Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid and Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
