1. This Sejiwa Rewards Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd ("U Mobile") which will commence at 12:00 noon on 31 Aug 2022 and will end at 11:59 pm on 16 Sept 2022 as ("Campaign Period"). Notification will be sent to eligible active Postpaid & Prepaid subscribers as (“Promotion Period”).
2. All entries received before or after the Promotion Period will be automatically disqualified.
3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").
4. Eligibility Criteria
• This Campaign is exclusively for selected active Postpaid & Prepaid subscribers only who have received notification through any channels (SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile app) from U Mobile (“Notification”).
• U Mobile employees, agencies, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
• U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
• Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
5. Campaign Mechanics
• To participate in this Campaign, you must receive notification through SMS from the short code 28139 or MyUMobile app about the campaign.
• You must login to MyUMobile app and grab the voucher under the Rewards tab on 31 Aug 2022 from 12 noon onwards.
• The promotion is based on “first-come, first-served or while stocks last” basis.
• When you complete the steps listed above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
• U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
• The first 2,900 subscribers will be eligible to grab the deal vouchers as specified in the notification they received.
• Participants who successfully grabbed the voucher must be redeem the vouchers before the expiry date as stated in the voucher. If you do not use the voucher within the specified period, the voucher will automatically expire and any unused voucher will be forfeited.
• You are not allowed to sell the voucher code to any third parties. If it is found that the voucher code is sold to third parties, the voucher code will be deactivated and will not be usable.
• You must ensure that your Postpaid and or Prepaid account is Active when the reward is credited directly to your account. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.
• Each subscriber will be eligible to redeem only one (1) voucher during the Campaign Period.
• The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
• The reward is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part, and any prizes shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, MyUMobile app, advertisements and Contest materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
• U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
• U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
• All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
• By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
(i) consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
(ii) consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
(iii) grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
• The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
• The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign
