1. This U Mobile & GoPayz Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is jointly organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) and U Mobile Services Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile Services”) collectively referred to as “U Mobile Group”, which will commence at 12.00am on 13 September 2021 and will end at 11:59 pm on 21 March 2022 as (“Campaign Period”)
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. Campaign Eligibility
a. This Campaign is open to the Malaysians with valid government issued national registration identification card (“NRIC”) aged 18 years and above who subscribe to standalone GX68, P99 or P139 postpaid plans offered by U Mobile (“Plans”) during the Campaign Period.
b. U Mobile Group reserves the right to reject any application by any participant without assigning any reason.
4. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, participants must complete the following steps during Campaign Period:
i. Download the GoPayz mobile application (“GoPayz App”) and
ii. Sign up for the GoPayz service using the NRIC number the participant used to register for the Plan.
a. The participants who fulfil the requirements of paragraph 4(a) above within 30 days of the date of the activation of the Plan shall be entitled to receive the following cashback amount based on the type of Plan subscribed (“Activation Cashback”):

b. In addition to the Activation Cashback, the participants who remit their Plans’ monthly bill in full before each bill’s due date (“Timely Payment”) shall be entitled to receive the following cashback for every month that the participants’ remit the Timely Payment (“Payment Cashback”) based on the type of Plan the participants’ subscribe:

c. For clarity, the participants shall be entitled to receive a maximum of 11 Payment Cashbacks from the date of the first bill issued for the Plan.
d. The Activation Cashback and the Payment Cashback shall be collectively referred to as “the Cashback”.
e. The Cashback will be credited into the GoPayz account registered by the participant under paragraph 4 in the following manner:

|Activation Cashback||Within 10 working days from the date of the participant’s completion of the steps listed in paragraphs 4 and 5(a).||If the participant’s Plan is activated on 13 September 2021, and the participant’s GoPayz account is registered on 13 September 2021, the participant will receive the Activation Cashback on 24 September 2021.|
|Payment Cashback||Within 10 working days from the date of the participant’s Timely Payment.||If the participant’s Plan bill is dated 1 October 2021 and the Participant made the Timely Payment on 2 October 2021, the Payment Cashback will be credited into the participant’s GoPayz account by 14 October 2021.|
f. U Mobile Group may provide a notification to the participant via the GoPayz app once the Cashback is credited into the participant’s account.
g. The participants must ensure that the Plans and the GoPayz accounts are active during the Campaign Period to receive the Cashback. For clarity:
i. GoPayz accounts are active when participants can perform transactions via those GoPayz accounts; and
ii. Plans are active when participants can make and receive calls using the Plans.
h. If participants:
i. terminate their GoPayz accounts during the Campaign Period, any Cashbacks that have yet to be received by the participants will be forfeited;
ii. downgrade or upgrade their existing Plan, to any of the other Plans (“New Plan”), the Payment Cashback that the participant is entitled to receive shall be based on the Payment Cashback specified for the New Plan as provided under paragraph 5(a)(ii); or
iii. downgrade their existing to any other U Mobile plans, the Payment Cashback will be forfeited.
iv. Sign up for device contract any Cashbacks that have yet to be received by the participants will be forfeited;
i. U Mobile Group reserve the right to replace or substitute the Cashback with any other prize of similar value at any time as determined by U Mobile Group.
j. The Cashback is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part and any visuals of the Cashback shown on the GoPayz or U Mobile Group’s page, advertisement and promotion materials are for photography and illustration purposes only.
a. U Mobile Group may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Campaign or extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
b. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
i. Consent for U Mobile Group to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
ii. Consent for U Mobile Group to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile Group sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
iii. Grant U Mobile Group the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
c. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile Group excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile Group from and indemnify U Mobile Group against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. The subscription and use of:
i. GoPayz is subject to the GoPayz Service Agreement; and
ii. U Mobile postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard postpaid terms and conditions (“Postpaid Terms and Conditions”) and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, GoPayz Service Agreement, the Postpaid Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved in the following decreasing order of precedence:
A. The GoPayz Service Agreement;
B. The Postpaid Terms and Conditions; and
C. These terms and conditions.
e. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
