1. You can choose to purchase AirAsia WiFi (“Service”) via:
i. On-ground: u.com.my/airasia-wifi
ii. In-flight: AirAsia WiFi web-portal
using your U Mobile postpaid or prepaid account (“U Mobile Account”). We will bill you the amount of your purchase in your monthly postpaid bill or deduct the credit from your prepaid account.
3. Your use of the Service is subject to the terms of your agreement including privacy policies with AirAsia WiFi which will be displayed on the Service website or mobile application.
4. You warrant that you are authorized to use your U Mobile Account to purchase the Service.
5. Purchase and Usage
a. You will be able to purchase via:
i. visit u.com.my/airasia-wifi (on-ground);
ii. visit AirAsia WiFi web-portal (in-flight);
b. To use U Mobile Account as your preferred payment method, you must ensure that your U Mobile Account is active. If you are a prepaid user, you must have enough credit in your prepaid account to purchase the Service. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
c. You may purchase the Service using your U Mobile Account before you fly (on-ground) via the link as listed in paragraph 5(a)i by completing the process prescribed by AirAsia WiFi and U Mobile. The process prescribed by AirAsia WiFi and U Mobile on necessary inputs are not limited to only phone number, email-address, one-time pin input, download of MyUMobile App and acceptance to authorize to use your U Mobile Account to purchase the Service.
d. You may purchase the Service using your U Mobile Account when you are in AirAsia WiFi enabled flights (in-flight) by completing the process prescribed by AirAsia WiFi and U Mobile. The process prescribed by AirAsia WiFi and U Mobile on necessary inputs are not limited to only only phone number, MyUMobile App login pin, email-address and acceptance to authorize to use your U Mobile Account to purchase the Service.
e. We may stop allowing you to buy the Service with your U Mobile Account, for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice including if U Mobile suspects that there is fraudulent or unauthorized use or if our agreement with AirAsia WiFi terminates or for any reason.
f. If you port your mobile number to another mobile operator, your purchase for the Service will be auto-terminated. You will not be able to use your U Mobile Account to buy the Service but you remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred before porting out. Refunds are not applicable for mobile numbers that have been ported out of U Mobile.
6. Charges and Payment
a. If you purchase the Service using your U Mobile Account while you are roaming overseas, you will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia.
b. When you buy the Service with your U Mobile Account we will charge the transaction amount and any applicable taxes to your postpaid bill or deduct your prepaid credit.
c. Mobile data charges (including international data roaming charges) will apply when you browse, purchase, use, or download the Service.
d. No refund will be provided for Service purchased.
b. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with use of your U Mobile Account to buy the Service, your purchase of the Service and your access to the Service. You and if you are below 18 years of age, your parents or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising from use of your U Mobile Account to buy the Service, your purchase of the Service, your access to the Service website and Spotify AB’s website or application.
d. All AirAsia WiFi trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Spotify brand are the sole property of AirAsia WiFi or its licensors.
