General
1. There are three (3) Game-Onz Plans; Game-Onz 18, Game-Onz 50 and Game-Onz 70 (collectively, the "Plans" and individually a "Plan").
2. The Plans are data service packages that offer gaming and local data usage.
3. The Plans are available to U Mobile prepaid subscribers only and are not available to U Broadband subscribers.
4. The Plans cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
5. Each Plan is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions. You must comply with those terms including our Privacy Policy, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms") all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
6. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
7. The Plans cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
Activation and Charges
1. You may activate each Plan by dialing *118# or via SMS ( "GO18" for Game-Onz 18, "GO50" for Game-Onz 50 and "GO 70" for Game-Onz 70 to 28118) on your mobile device.
2. Before you activate, you must have a credit balance of at least RM18 for Game-Onz 18, RM50 for Game-Onz 50 and RM70 for Game-Onz 70.
3. The activation fee is RM18 for Game-Onz 18, RM50 for Game-Onz 50 and RM70 for Game-Onz 70. We will deduct RM18 for Game-Onz 18, RM50 for Game-Onz 50 and RM70 for Game-Onz 70 from your credit balance whether or not the activation was authorised by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
4. The validity period will be as follows:

Game-Onz 70 30 days
5. On the expiry of the Plan, your subscription will automatically be rolled-over only if you have a credit balance of at least RM18 for Game-Onz 18, RM50 for Game-Onz 50 and RM70 for Game-Onz 70. Any unused data will be forfeited.
6. For cross purchase of another data Plan other than the same data Plan, all unused data will be forfeited when new data Plan is purchased. E.g. If you have an existing UMI 20 but you subsequently buy Game-Onz 50, all unused data will be forfeited when Game-Onz 50 is purchased.
7. You may activate as many Plans as you like.
8. If you wish to terminate the Plan, you can unsubscribe via UMB at *118# or by sending "OFF GAMEONZ18" for Game-Onz 18, "OFF GAMEONZ50" for Game-Onz 50 and " OFF GAMEONZ70" for Game-Onz 70 to 28118. Each SMS will be charged RM0.05. Any unused bundle will be forfeited. Subsequent data usage will be charged at the Pay-At-You-Use rate according to the respective prepaid rate plans.
9. If you wish to stop auto-renewal of Game-Onz plans, you can stop the service at *118# or by sending “STOP GAMEONZ18” for for Game-Onz 18, "STOP GAMEONZ50" for Game-Onz 50 and " STOP GAMEONZ70" for Game-Onz 70 to 28118. Each SMS will be charged RM0.05.
10. Any voice call or SMS made will be charged at the Pay-At-You-Use rate according to the respective prepaid rate plans.
Data Service
1. By subscribing to the Plan, you will enjoy high-speed data usage. If you exceed the high-speed data quota, we may at our absolute discretion without limiting our rights in the Terms, manage your bandwidth, suspend or terminate the Plan including without limitation, reducing your speed. Our aim is to provide quality mobile services to all our subscribers so that no subscribers are disadvantaged by the behavior of others.
2. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability.
3. Actual speeds will vary and are affected but not limited by: your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your hardware and software and the general Internet traffic.
4. For Game-Onz 50, once you have exceeded the gaming data quota of 10GB, for further gaming you will be using your rate plan data quota (2GB).
5. Once all high-speed data quota is consumed, the speed of subsequent data usage will be managed.
6. The list of our Game-Onz partners is published on our website and may change from time to time.
7. Any data used for Internet access (such as advertisements and web analytic tools) other than for gaming with our Game-Onz partners will be from your rate plan data quota and not from your Game-Onz data quota.
8. Any unutilised data quota will not be carried forward to the following month.
9. Game-Onz is not applicable when you are roaming outside of Malaysia. Standard roaming charges apply.
10. We will endeavor to utilise only your Game-Onz data quota for gaming purposes. However, there may be instances when your Game-Onz data quota may inadvertently be used even when you are not playing games or your rate plan data quota may unintentionally be used instead of your Game-Onz data quota. These could occur due to a number of reasons including technical issues such as missed configuration or whitelisting of wrong IP address by third parties or due to our Game-Onz partners changing or updating their IP addresses and URL without giving us sufficient notice to update our system. You acknowledge the possibility of these instances happening and agree not to hold us liable.
Mobile Device
11. Game-Onz is compatible with internet enabled or mobile devices with certain specifications. If your device is incompatible, you may not be able to access our Game-Onz partners’ websites or their games. It is your responsibility to check such compatibility which may be posted on our Game-Onz partners’ website.
Registration and Usage
12. To use Game-Onz, you may be required to register for a personal account on our Game-Onz partners’ website.
13. Usage of our Game-Onz partners’ website and provision of your personal data are subject to such partners’ terms and conditions and privacy policies and are used or provided entirely at your own risk.
14. You warrant and represent that you are accessing Game-Onz for personal non-commercial purposes.
15. You acknowledge that U Mobile has no control over our Game-Onz partners’ website or the provision of content by our Game-Onz partners. U Mobile does not warrant and in particular does not guarantee the currency, accuracy, authenticity, availability or security of such website or the content, and we disclaim all liability.
16. You agree that U Mobile does not generally and is not required to monitor our Game-Onz partners’ content. Despite this, we reserve the right to bar any of our partners’ content, if technically feasible, at any time if we believe it to be necessary in order to prevent any breach of applicable laws or regulations.
Payment
17. Some of our Game-Onz partners may charge you a subscription fee for accessing their services. Where such fees are applicable, they will be borne by you. The methods of payment and fees may differ among our Game-Onz partners and such information will be available on our Game-Onz partners’ website should you wish to subscribe.
Music-Onz
18. As a limited time promotion, the Plans are bundled with Music-Onz, our free music streaming service. Terms and conditions for Music-Onz apply.
