1. This Digital Week Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) ("U Mobile") which will commence at 00:01 a.m on 18 October 2020 and will end at 11.59 p.m on 22 December 2020 ("Campaign Period"). There are 3 rounds of Campaign (“Round”) as follow:

2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
4. Campaign Eligibility
a. This Campaign is open to all active new and existing U Mobile postpaid and prepaid subscribers (Corporate account not included). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
b. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, vendors and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
c. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
d. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
5. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, you are required to complete any of following transactions via MyUMobile App during each Round as stated in the Table (“Transactions Table”) below:

b. When you complete the step listed in paragraph 5(a) above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
a. Participants who complete the steps in paragraph 5 (a) above will receive a one-time prepaid credit rebate (for prepaid subscribers) or postpaid bill rebate (for postpaid subscribers) (“Rebate”) as stated in the table below:

b. U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the Rebate via SMS. U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the Rebate.
c. The Rebate will be credited directly to the eligible subscribers’ Prepaid or Postpaid account within 14 days after the end of each Round. The Rebate for prepaid subscriber will be valid for a period of 14 days and any unused Rebate will be forfeited upon expiry. For postpaid subscriber, the Rebate will be reflected in the subsequent bill statement.
d. You must ensure that your Prepaid or Postpaid account is Active during the Campaign Period and at the point of Rebate being credited to your account. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.
e. Each subscriber will be eligible to receive one-time (1) Rebate only during each Round.
f. The reward is given on “as is” basis. The Rebate is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash in full or in part. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the reward with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
c. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
d. By participating in the Contest, all participants: -
i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
ii. Consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
iii. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
e. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid or Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
f. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
