1. This Prepaid Giler Top Up Promo Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd ("U Mobile") will commence at 10.00am on 21 June 2021 and will end at 11.59pm on 31 Dec 2021 (“Campaign Period”). Notification will be sent to eligible Prepaid subscribers as (“Promotion Period”).
2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").
4. Eligibility Criteria
a. This Campaign is open to all Prepaid subscribers only, and have received notification through any channels (SMS / UMB / eDM /
MyUMobile app) from U Mobile (“Notification”).
b. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, partners and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
c. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
d. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to
participate in this Campaign.
5. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, you must perform Prepaid reload (the amount that stated in the SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile app)
through any available reload channels.
b. When you complete the step listed in paragraph 5(a) above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
a. First 10,000 subscribers who complete the requirement of paragraph 5 above will receive a one-time reward as stated in the notification that participants received through any form of channels.
b. U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
c. The reward will be credited directly to the eligible subscribers’ Prepaid account within 3 working days after campaign period and will be valid for a period of 3 days respectively. If you do not use the reward within the period provided, the reward will
automatically expire and any unused reward will be forfeited.
d. You must ensure that your Prepaid account is Active when the reward is credited directly to your account. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.
e. Each subscriber will be eligible to receive 1 reward only during the Campaign Period.
f. The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
g. The rewards of bonus data will be utilized first, followed by data plans, if any.
a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not
covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
b. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the
Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on
our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
c. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection
with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U
Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss
of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of
participation in this Campaign.
d. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
(i) consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
(ii) consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
(iii) grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants fo any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
e. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
f. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
