ULTRA Tourist Terms & Conditions
General
1. This ULTRA Tourist Rate Plan (“Rate Plan”) is available from 7th July 2026 (“Effective Date”) until withdrawn by U Mobile. The Rate Plan is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions. You must comply with those Terms and Conditions including the relevant service description, Privacy Notice and these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms").
2. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
Lifecycle
1. The lifecycle of the Rate Plan comes with 15 days of active period (“Active Period”) and 60 days of passive period (“Passive Period”):
a. During the Passive Period, you cannot use any of the Services which includes assessing Mobile Internet & Hotspot;
b. If you do not perform any top up within the Passive Period, your account will be automatically terminated without any further notice; or
c. Your Active Period validity depends on the amount you top up. For example:
i. If you do not perform any top up upon activation of the Rate Plan, your Active Period will remain at 15 days;
ii. At any time, for every RM1.00 you top up, your Active Period will extend by 1 day (from the day of top up) or will remain as per the existing Active Period under the Rate plan i.e. 15 days apply, whichever is longer.
Data Plans
1. There are three (3) ULTRA Tourist Data Plans (collectively, the "Data Plans" and individually a "Data Plan"). The following Tables sets out the detailed offer of the ULTRA Tourist Data Plans

2. The Data Plans are available to U Mobile Prepaid subscribers on the ULTRA Tourist Rate Plan only. All other prepaid subscriber and mobile broadband subscribers will not be able to subscribe to the Data Plans.
3. The Data Plans cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
4. Each Data Plan is provided according to the U Mobile Prepaid Terms and Conditions You must comply with those terms, our Privacy Notice, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms") all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
5. We reserve the right to discontinue offering the Data Plans, modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
6. The Data Plans cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
7. The Grab Visit Malaysia 2026 Travel Pass (VM’26 Travel Pass) voucher codes will be sent to your registered email address upon successful activation of ULTRA Tourist 100GB Data Plan. The redemption and activation steps of the VM’26 Travel Pass is available in the email EDM.
Activation and Charges
1. You may activate each Data Plan on your mobile device:
a. Via MyUMobile App’s Add-ons section; or
2. Before you activate or renew your Data Plan subscription, you must have the following minimum credit balance for the respective Data Plan:

3. We will deduct the activation fee from your credit balance based on the Data Plan you subscribe regardless of whether the activation was authorized by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
4. The validity period for the Monthly Data Plans is 30 days from activation. On its expiry, your subscription will be automatically renewed only if you have the minimum credit balance specified in paragraph 2 (Activation and Charges).
5. You may activate as many Data Plans as you like, however 2 of the same Data Plan with same validity is not allowed to co-exist at the same time. It will automatically be replaced upon the second purchase of the same Data Plan. Any unused data will be forfeited upon renewal or reactivation of the Data Plan.
6. Any unused data will be forfeited upon Data Plan expiry or termination.
Data Service
1. By subscribing to the ULTRA Tourist Data Plans, you will enjoy data usage with unlimited speed based on the respective Internet quota and speed as specified in the Tables under paragraph 1 (General) above.
2. Mobile hotspot usages for ULTRA Tourist Data are subject to the available data quota for the respective Data Plan.
3. Peer-to-peer (P2P) usage is up to 64kbps.
4. For non-mobile hotspot usage, you can use the Data Plans via smartphones only and no other devices including MiFi and USB dongle. U Mobile may from time to time change the device requirement for the Data Plans based on its discretion. U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Data Plans if you are found to be in violation of the Terms.

6. The data service which provides access to the Internet and related services via our 4G/5G network only and is only available to customers within our 4G/5G network coverage area. The Service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. You cannot use the Service to connect to the Internet outside of our 4G/5G network coverage area. 7. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability.
8. When there is a network failure, your normal (non-hotspot) data usage may inadvertently be deducted from your mobile hotspot quota. You acknowledge the possibility of this happening and agree not to hold us liable.
9. In addition to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Data Plan if you breach any of the Terms and any unused credit balance shall be forfeited.
ULTRA5G Priority
1. ULTRA Tourist 500GB comes with ULTRA5G Priority as set out in the Data Plans table above at no additional charges.
2. After activating ULTRA5G Priority, the network name on your mobile device will be displayed as ‘UM ULTRA5G PRIORITY’.
3. ‘UM ULTRA5G PRIORITY’ will only be displayed on 5G SA compatible mobile devices that are within ULTRA5G network coverage area.
4. If you have fully utilized your free ULTRA5G Priority passes, you may purchase additional passes via the MyUMobile App.
