Terms & Conditions

1. This U Mobile and Shopee Prepaid Campaign ("Campaign") is jointly organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) ("U Mobile") and Shpee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201501009497 (1134832-W)) (“Shopee”) which commences at 00:00:00 on 2 September 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 27 October 2025 ("Campaign Period").


2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.


3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).


4. Campaign Eligibility

                a. This Campaign is open to selected Prepaid subscribers only who have  received notification through any channels (SMS / MyUMobile App) from U Mobile (“Notification).

                b. U Mobile employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.

                c. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.

                d. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.

    5. Campaign Mechanics

     a. To participate in this Campaign, you must purchase any of U Mobile data plan (“U Mobile Data Package”) (as listed in the Table below) via the Shopee mobile application (“Shopee App”) or ShopeePay Mobile application (“ShopeePay App”) during the Campaign Period according to the steps below:    

i. You must first claim the Shopee coins cashback voucher (“Cashback Voucher”) via the Shopee App/ShopeePay App.

ii. Participants must then purchase a U Mobile Data Package with a minimum of RM30 and apply the Cashback Voucher during payment checkout. The Cashback Vouchers enable the participants to receive either 300 or 500 Shopee Coins (“Shopee Coins”) cashback, which can be used to offset the participants’ future orders on Shopee platform.

b. The Cashback Vouchers are limited in quantity and will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Cashback Vouchers are limited to the quantity as specified below:

c. You are not allowed to sell the Cashback Voucher to any third parties. If it is found that the Cashback Voucher is sold to third parties, the Cashback Voucher will be deactivated and will not be usable.

d. The Campaign Period is based on the campaign month as set out in the following Table:

6. Rewards and Fulfilment 

a. The participants who complete the steps listed above will be entitled to receive the Cashback Voucher as set out in the following Table:

b. Upon successful purchase of the U Mobile Data Package, Shopee will credit the Shopee Coins to the eligible participants’ Shopee account. The usage of Shopee Coins will be in accordance with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) as specified in Shopee App.

c. Each participant is entitled to win the reward ONCE only for the entire Campaign Period.

d. Participants must ensure that both their U Mobile Prepaid account and their Shopee account remain active throughout the Campaign Period and until the Shopee Coins are credited. U Mobile Prepaid account is considered “active” if participants are able to make and receive calls. Shopee account is considered “active” if participants are able to log in to their Shopee App.

e. Shopee will only make one (1) attempt to credit the Shopee Coins to the winners’ Shopee account. If such attempt failed due to any reasons whatsoever, the Shopee Coins will be forfeited.

f. The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.  

7. General

a. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.

b.  U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.

c. All prizes or rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.

d. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -

i.consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;

ii.consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and

iii.grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

e. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.

f. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

g. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.

h. In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
