1. This Reload campaign (“Campaign”) by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) will commence at 10.00am on 1 Apr 2021 and will end at 11.59pm on 31 Dec 2021 (“Campaign Period”). Notification will be sent to eligible Prepaid subscribers as (“Promotion Period”).
3. Campaign Eligibility
This Campaign is open to selected Active U Mobile Prepaid Plan subscribers only (Corporate account not included) who (“Active” means able to make and receive calls):
i. Are of age 18 years and above; and
ii. Who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
iii. Have received an SMS from U Mobile (“Notification”), or push notification for subscribers who have downloaded the MyUMobile App.
4. Campaign Mechanics
a. To participate in this Campaign, you must be a Prepaid Plan subscriber and performed successful reload as stated in the notification that you have received through any form of communication channels.
b. When you complete the step listed in paragraph 4(a) above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
First 2,000 subscribers who complete the requirement below will receive a one-time reward as stated in the notification that participants received through any form of channels.

a. U Mobile will notify the eligible subscribers of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
b. You must ensure that your account is Active during the Campaign Period. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
c. Each subscriber will be eligible to receive 1 reward only during the Campaign Period.
d. The reward will be credited directly to the eligible subscribers’ Prepaid account within 3 working days.
e. The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
f. The reward of Free Data will be consumed first, followed by Data Plans, if any.
6. General We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including terminating or suspending the Campaign. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
